OUR SERVICES TO YOU..... -Monday-Friday 8:00 a.m. - 5:30 p.m. hours of operation. -Assistance with Door to door transportation for ambulatory or wheelchair participants through Votran and community transport companies. - Nursing Services which include monitoring of vital signs, mediation administration, teaching, wound care, intravenous therapy and skilled services as ordered by the primary physician. -Certified Nursing Assistants (CNA's) and Personal Care Attendants to assist with feeding, ambulating, transferring, activities of daily living. -Hot, homemade meals which include breakfast, lunch and an afternoon snack. -Social Services for community and personal assistance. -Activities for a stimulating day.

OUR DAY..... We plan activities tailored to individual needs. We provide two separate activity areas for client choice. The Patio Lounge is for individuals who are alert and oriented needing minimal assistance on a cognitive level. Examples of activities we provide are ceramics, bingo, exercise, sing-a-longs, board games, cards and more! The Game Room is for individuals who have a short or minimal attention span, neeing more assistance and motivation. Examples of activities we provide are painting, coloring, music therapy, puzzles and more! Clients attending our program must be able to stand and transfer with minimal assistance. They must be able to engage in some type of activity and maintain a structured day with other participants.
